About the Owner
Colin’s love for timber framing began long before he started Revive Timberworks. Growing up in rural Port Colborne, he spent his childhood surrounded by a century-old timber frame barn, which sparked his deep appreciation for the craft. After diving into books and seminars, he decided it was time to turn his passion into a business and founded Revive Timberworks.
Colin is constantly learning more about timber framing, whether through reading, seminars, or conversations with others in the field. He’s also dedicated to sharing this knowledge with his three young children, giving them valuable hands-on experience in the shop. Outside of work, Colin enjoys woodworking projects and spending time in nature with his growing family.
